Once you have received your PremierVPN Dedicated VPN IP, you can add this to our macOS app in a few simple steps - PremierVPN Dedicated IPs provide a fast, secure VPN experience while on the go.
Here are the steps on how to add a dedicated IP (custom server) to the PremierVPN macOS app:
- If you haven't already, install the PremierVPN app from the Apple App Store by searching for "PremierVPN" and clicking Get.
- Once the app is installed and open, click "Add Server" below the PremierVPN logo in the top left-hand corner.
- Enter the Dedicated VPN IP and then a name for your connection. In this example, we used UK-VPN and then click Save.
- You should now see your config under "Custom Servers" named UK-VPN, simply hover next to it and click the Connect button to connect to the VPN.
- The VPN should now be connected and secured with your Dedicated VPN Server.
You should now show as connected with the app displaying "Connection is Secure".
Head over to ipextra.net, and you will see that your IP has changed to your Dedicated VPN IP.
