This step-by-step guide will help you configure the FoxyProxy extension in Firefox to use the HTTPS proxy provided by PremierVPN at go.premiervpn.net.

Prerequisites

• Mozilla Firefox browser installed on your computer.
• FoxyProxy Standard extension installed in Firefox.
• PremierVPN account credentials.

Step 1: Install the FoxyProxy Extension

1. Open Firefox on your computer.

2. Navigate to the FoxyProxy Extension Page:

     • Check the "Authentication" box.
     • Enter your Username and Password provided by PremierVPN in your Activation Email.

5. Advanced Options (Optional):

   • Colours and Icons: Assign a colour or icon for easy identification (optional).
   • Notes: Add any notes if necessary.

6. Save the Configuration:

   • Click on the "Save" button at the bottom.

Step 4: Configure Proxy Usage

1. Set Proxy Usage:

   • In the FoxyProxy Options page, you can specify when the proxy should be used:

2. For All URLs:

   • Click on the FoxyProxy icon.

   • Confirm that the IP address displayed matches the proxy server's IP address.

3. Browse Websites:

   • Navigate to a few websites to ensure pages load correctly through the proxy.

• Unable to Connect:

  • Double-check the Host and Port in your proxy settings.
  • Ensure your internet connection is active.

• Authentication Issues:

  • Verify that your Username and Password are correct.
  • Make sure Authentication is enabled in the proxy settings.

• Proxy Not Working on Some Sites:

  • Check if there are specific URL patterns set that might exclude those sites.
  • Ensure "Use proxy for all URLs" is selected if you want the proxy applied universally.
